Setting up confirmation email

When customers send you an email, you can configure Mimir to automatically send a confirmation email.

This is done in Settings → Your email channel (often called support@your-domain.com or similar in the settings menu). Here, you scroll down to select Send confirmation email. When this is toggled on, you can fill inn the desired confirmation email below.

Press Save on the bottom right, and your confirmation email is configured!
