August 25, 2026: Ready to put part of your support on Autopilot?

We're introducing Autopilot. Until now, Mimir either handled incoming customer requests on its own, or waited for approval on every reply. Autopilot lets you choose exactly which tags Mimir can answer by itself so it handles the ones you always approve anyway, and everything else still comes to you. Advanced settings give you even finer control. You can require approval based on subject, sender address, sender name, content, tags, or any combination of these.
